Salesforce Developer — Service Cloud & Process Automation

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance case management, first contact resolution, and SLA capabilities.
• Develop service request/business process frameworks and approval journeys.
• Automate collections processes, including default & termination, LPC/SOA, and payment extension.
• Manage workflows related to property transfer, ADM registration, handover, and signature services.
• Engage in LWC, Apex, and Flow development, including auto-assignment, escalation, and validation logic.
• Improve document generation processes and DocuSign e-signature integration.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, specifically with Service Cloud.
• Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow/process automation.
• Experience with approval processes, case routing, escalation, and SLA management.
• Background in document generation and e-signature integration (e.g., DocuSign, Nintex, UAE PASS).
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data, security, and sharing model.
• Agile delivery experience, including UAT and release cycles.
• Familiarity with real estate, property management, or collections domain.
• Exposure to Salesforce DX, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Certifications: Platform Developer I (required); Platform Developer II and Service Cloud Consultant (preferred).
