Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Implement data-driven customer journeys utilizing Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
- Showcase strong hands-on expertise in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML, and JSON.
- Create custom email templates, landing pages, and dynamic content.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, UAE data laws).
- Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and marketing best practices.
Required Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio).
- Expertise in AMPscript, SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript), HTML, CSS.
- Experience with API Integrations (REST/SOAP) and Marketing Cloud Connect with Salesforce CRM.
- Knowledge of CloudPages, Microsites, Web Studio, Ad Studio, and Mobile Studio.
- Familiarity with Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and Attribute Groups.
- Proven success in integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Core and third-party platforms.
- Experience in campaign reporting and analytics (Datorama is optional).
- Understanding of UAE Real Estate CRM workflows, including lead nurturing and property launches.
- UAE Real Estate domain experience is mandatory.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.
