Salesforce Engineer, Commercial Systems

We are hiring a Salesforce Engineer who strives for high engineering quality and process efficiency, seeks improvements, and continuously develops their skills.

The Salesforce Engineer will work within the Commercial Systems unit, closely collaborating with other engineering and business teams. Responsibilities include:

• Developing engineering solutions in Salesforce and other business systems.
• Collaborating on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews.
• Learning Canonical business processes.
• Coaching and mentoring colleagues, depending on seniority.
• Evangelizing great engineering and organizational practices.

Key Requirements:

• Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
• Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling alternative path.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
• Result-oriented with a personal drive to meet commitments.
• Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events (up to two weeks long).

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Performance engineering and security experience.
• Experience with NetSuite or other CRM/ERP systems.
• Familiarity with accounting, sales, or sales operations roles.
