The Salesforce Engineer will work within the Commercial Systems unit, closely collaborating with other engineering and business teams. Responsibilities include:
- Developing engineering solutions in Salesforce and other business systems.
- Collaborating on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews.
- Learning Canonical business processes.
- Coaching and mentoring colleagues, depending on seniority.
- Evangelizing great engineering and organizational practices.
Key Requirements:
- Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
- Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling alternative path.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
- Result-oriented with a personal drive to meet commitments.
- Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events (up to two weeks long).
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Performance engineering and security experience.
- Experience with NetSuite or other CRM/ERP systems.
- Familiarity with accounting, sales, or sales operations roles.
