We are hiring a Salesforce Engineer who is dedicated to achieving the highest engineering quality and process efficiency. This role involves collaboration with several popular business systems to deliver first-class experiences to Canonical's business operations. The Business Systems team works across systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, and others, closely engaging with operations teams to implement business processes and maintain compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engineering solutions in NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems.
- Collaborate on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews.
- Learn Canonical's business processes.
- Depending on seniority, coach and mentor peers, providing career development feedback.
- Promote great engineering and organizational practices.
Requirements:
- Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
- Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or significant relevant experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding expectations.
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems.
- Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
- Result-oriented with a personal drive to meet commitments.
- Willingness to travel internationally twice per year for company events (up to two weeks long).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Performance engineering and security experience.
- Background in accounting, sales, sales operations, or other business roles.
