As an engineering manager, you will lead a team of engineers to deliver solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform, seek improvements to processes and designs, and provide subject matter expertise to both business customers and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers in delivering Salesforce platform solutions.
- Seek improvements in established processes and engineering solutions.
- Collaborate on business analysis and technical designs.
- Provide Salesforce subject matter expertise to stakeholders.
- Deliver engineering solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with Salesforce development and integrations.
- Proven experience as a hands-on engineering manager or team lead.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to collaborate remotely with a diverse team.
- Willingness to travel internationally approximately 2-4 times per year.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience as a software developer using a high-level language (preferably Go or Python).
- Background in business roles such as sales, finance, or operations.
Work Conditions:
- Fully remote working environment.
- Ability to travel to international destinations for meetings (approximately twice a year).
