Responsibilities
- Lead client conversations to understand business requirements, challenges, and strategic objectives.
- Conduct discovery and requirements-gathering workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions focused on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Own and drive solution design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.
- Provide architectural and functional leadership throughout the Salesforce delivery lifecycle.
- Own and manage the product backlog, including requirements, user stories, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with offshore development and delivery teams to ensure clarity of requirements and solution designs.
- Serve as a key point of contact between client stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Support solution reviews, design decisions, and resolution of functional or delivery challenges.
- Clearly communicate complex Salesforce solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
Skills and Experience
- 12+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong expertise across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Lead Consultant / Lead Architect capacity.
- Proven experience leading client-facing discussions, including discovery sessions and requirements workshops.
- Strong Salesforce solution design and architecture experience.
- Expertise in translating business requirements into functional and scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Extensive experience with backlog ownership, user stories, and Agile delivery.
- Proficient in working with and coordinating offshore development teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting capabilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior client stakeholders.
- Capable of working across business, functional, and technical teams in complex enterprise environments.
