Salesforce Product Owner

About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Product Owner to define and manage requirements for an enterprise Salesforce program that spans multiple clouds and integrated systems. In this role, you will engage with diverse, multicultural stakeholders and translate their business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the delivery team.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product backlog and define requirements across Salesforce clouds
• Create requirements for integrated systems such as portals and document generation tools (Conga, Adobe, DocuSign, etc.)
• Manage stakeholder expectations, including those of demanding business stakeholders
• Work within a multicultural environment with sensitivity to cultural differences
• Collaborate with the delivery team in an Agile setup

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience
• Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Experience writing requirements for integrated systems (Portal, Conga, Adobe products, DocuSign, etc.)
• Proven experience working in multicultural environments
• Agile experience (Scrum and Scaled Agile)
• Must be based in Jordan, Egypt, or India
