Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Participate in the full Salesforce implementation lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, clients, solution architects, and technical teams.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, security principles, and governance guidelines.
- Contribute to technical documentation, solution design, and knowledge transfer where required.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Solid development experience with:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce APIs and integrations
- Salesforce Flows and automation
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, data model, and deployment practices.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presentation and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications are required.
- Ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on large-scale or multi-system Salesforce implementations.
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and middleware.
- Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps practices.
- Multiple Salesforce certifications.
- Previous experience working in consulting or client-facing delivery environment.
