Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesforce Services Sales Lead to drive the growth of our Salesforce professional services business in the Dubai (UAE) region. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Digital Experience Management and Content Management Platforms (DXP), a strong network within the UAE regions, and a proven track record in enterprise B2B sales. This is a client-facing, quota-carrying role focused on identifying, developing, and closing Salesforce-related service opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles for Salesforce services (implementation, consulting, integration, managed services).
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities across sectors (travel and tourism, hospitality, real estate, public sector, telco, banking, retail, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Work closely with our strategy, delivery, and technical teams to craft winning proposals and solutions.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce account executives and alliances to develop joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Own the sales forecast, pipeline development, and deal closure targets in the UAE market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software, DXP platforms, or consulting services sales, with at least 2+ years in DXP-related offerings.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products and their business value.
  • Deep knowledge of the UAE market with an existing network in enterprise and/or government sectors.
  • Arabic fluency is preferred; English proficiency is required.
  • Ability to work independently, manage complex sales cycles, and build C-level relationships.
