What You’ll Do
- Lead discovery and visioning workshops to assess current-state processes, pain points, and desired future-state experiences.
- Develop actionable Salesforce roadmaps and capability models aligned to the client’s business strategy.
- Create business cases, process blueprints, and prioritization frameworks that connect transformation goals with measurable outcomes.
- Partner with the company's architects and data specialists to define the technical enablers of strategic recommendations.
- Guide clients through best practices in CRM maturity, customer data strategy, and multi-cloud enablement.
- Serve as the strategic advisor and relationship owner for key enterprise accounts — driving value realization and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Shape and grow existing projects into multi-phase, cross-cloud programs of work through continuous consulting and results-based storytelling.
- Partner with Sales Directors to craft and position solution proposals, statements of work, and renewal strategies.
- Participate in pre-sales pursuits, demonstrating the company's thought leadership and delivery excellence across Salesforce.
- Proactively identify unmet needs, emerging use cases, and opportunities for new initiatives or platform adoption.
- Mentor consultants and functional leads in discovery, stakeholder engagement, and solution definition.
- Contribute to practice development by refining frameworks, reusable assets, and delivery methodologies.
- Support internal enablement on Salesforce innovations, industry trends, and cross-cloud use cases.

What You Bring
- 8+ years in Salesforce or digital consulting, with a blend of functional and strategic experience across Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud.
- Proven success in growing accounts and developing long-term, multi-cloud Salesforce programs.
- Strong track record in delivering strategic consulting artifacts such as roadmaps, capability assessments, and transformation blueprints.
- Salesforce certifications across core clouds (Consultant or Architect level preferred).
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders and leading large cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
