Salesforce Tech Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead to own the technical design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. You will lead and mentor the development team, drive engineering best practices, and handle critical production issues in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions
• Design and develop APIs for integration with third-party applications
• Drive code quality standards and CI/CD practices
• Handle high-priority, high-pressure production issues
• Mentor and develop the technical team
• Manage demanding business stakeholders effectively

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce
• Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Salesforce implementation experience across various business domains (aviation experience is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with SOQL, Apex, and LWC development
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security and permission models
• Agile experience (Scrum and Scaled Agile)
• Must be based in Jordan, Egypt, or India
