Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Architecture & Delivery:

  • Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture
  • Define target-state architecture and integration patterns
  • Lead multi-org and enterprise implementations
  • Establish governance and best practices
  • Perform design and code reviews

• Salesforce Data Cloud & AI Architect:

  • Implement Data Cloud solutions
  • Design identity resolution and segmentation
  • Enable real-time activation
  • Implement Agentforce and Einstein AI use cases

• Integration & Enterprise Architecture:

  • Design integrations for ERP, CMS, CTI, and data platforms
  • Define API-led and event-driven patterns
  • Support data migration strategies

• Presales & Solution Shaping:

  • Lead technical presales workshops
  • Support RFPs and proposals
  • Define estimates, risks, and assumptions
  • Present solutions to executive stakeholders

• Stakeholder & Team Leadership:

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor
  • Mentor architects and developers
  • Collaborate with delivery leadership
