Salesforce Technical Architect / Technical Lead

About the Job:
The company is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with strong expertise in Salesforce technologies including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Salesforce technical team in implementing, maintaining, and customizing CRM Sales, Service, and Community Cloud implementations.
• Develop high-performing solutions on the Salesforce platform with a strong foundation in advanced structured programming including APEX, Force.com, Flows, and Lightning Framework.
• Conduct advanced technical analysis, perform needs assessments, and offer ongoing support and training for business users.
• Focus on declarative solutions and optimal use of standard functionality.
• Implement Salesforce Integration with other applications using SOAP, REST, and BULK APIs.
• Solve complex technical problems to facilitate faster implementations with minimized risk.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Flows and Lightning Framework.
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, governance limits, and extensive Sharing & Security configurations.
• Familiarity with the HexaBPM tool is advantageous.
