Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Salesforce technical team in implementing, maintaining, and customizing CRM Sales, Service, and Community Cloud implementations.
Develop high-performing solutions on the Salesforce platform with a strong foundation in advanced structured programming including APEX, Force.com, Flows, and Lightning Framework.
Conduct advanced technical analysis, perform needs assessments, and offer ongoing support and training for business users.
Focus on declarative solutions and optimal use of standard functionality.
Implement Salesforce Integration with other applications using SOAP, REST, and BULK APIs.
Solve complex technical problems to facilitate faster implementations with minimized risk.

Requirements:

Expertise in Flows and Lightning Framework.
Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, governance limits, and extensive Sharing & Security configurations.
Familiarity with the HexaBPM tool is advantageous.
