Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture
• Define target-state architecture and integration patterns
• Lead multi-org and enterprise implementations
• Establish governance and best practices
• Perform design and code reviews
• Architect Data Cloud implementations
• Design identity resolution and segmentation
• Enable real-time activation
• Implement Agentforce and Einstein AI use cases
• Design ERP, CMS, CTI, and data platform integrations
• Define API-led and event-driven patterns
• Support data migration strategies
• Lead technical presales workshops
• Support RFPs and proposals
• Define estimates, risks, and assumptions
• Present solutions to executive stakeholders
• Act as trusted technical advisor
• Mentor architects and developers
• Collaborate with delivery leadership
