This unit consists of six engineering teams that collaborate closely with other engineering and business teams at the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Accountability for the design and development of an internal product
- Leading a team of software engineers
- Developing the skills and capabilities of direct reports
- Seeking improvements to established processes and solutions
- Building a strong understanding of business needs to maximize impact
What We Are Looking For:
- Exceptional academic track record and an undergraduate degree in a technical subject
- Experience in software development in Salesforce, NetSuite, or other CRM/ERP systems
- Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills
- Result-oriented with a strong personal drive to meet commitments
- Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events (up to two weeks long)
