The Commercial Systems unit, which includes six engineering teams, collaborates closely with other engineering and business teams at the company. The Business Systems team manages systems like NetSuite and Salesforce, ensuring compliance and aligning with business needs. This position is ideal for a software engineering leader who values business understanding and aims to provide a first-class experience to the company's employees.
Key Responsibilities:

What We Are Looking For:
- Exceptional academic track record from high school and university
- Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling alternative narrative
- Experience in software development within Salesforce, NetSuite, or other CRM/ERP systems
- Strong professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills
- Result-oriented, with a personal drive to meet commitments
- Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events lasting up to two weeks
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with accounting, sales, sales operations, or other business roles
- Performance engineering experience
