We are seeking an Engineering Manager for our Commercial Systems unit, which consists of six engineering teams collaborating closely with other engineering and business teams at the company. The Business Systems team, responsible for systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce, implements business processes and ensures compliance while delivering a first-class experience to the company employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop internal products.
- Lead a team of software engineers.
- Enhance the skills and capabilities of direct reports.
- Identify and implement improvements to established processes and solutions.
- Understand business needs to maximize impact.
Requirements:
- Exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
- Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling alternative path.
- Proven experience in software development with Salesforce, NetSuite, or other CRM/ERP systems.
- Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
- Result-oriented with a personal drive to meet commitments.
- Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events lasting up to two weeks.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in accounting, sales, sales operations, or other business roles.
- Knowledge in performance engineering.
