We are seeking an Engineering Manager who takes accountability for the development of internal products, maintains high engineering quality standards, continuously enhances their skills and those of their direct reports, and possesses a strong drive to deliver results. The Commercial Systems unit consists of six engineering teams that work closely with other engineering and business units at the company. The Business Systems team, responsible for systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, and others, collaborates with operations teams to implement business processes and ensure system compliance. This team is ideal for a software engineering leader who is genuinely interested in understanding business needs, maintaining high engineering standards, and delivering a first-class experience for the company's employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountability for the design and development of an internal product
- Leading a team of software engineers
- Developing the skills and capabilities of direct reports
- Seeking improvements to established processes, designs, and solutions

What We Are Looking For:
- Exceptional academic track record from high school and university
- Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a strong alternate path narrative
- Proven experience in software development using Salesforce, NetSuite, or other CRM/ERP systems
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills
- Result-oriented mindset, with a personal drive to meet commitments
- Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for company events (up to two weeks)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in accounting, sales, sales operations, or other business roles
- Performance engineering knowledge
