Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess SAMA’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with SAMA representatives through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain Call Center KPIs.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or an equivalent field of study.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, with proven experience in the financial sector.
- Previous experience as a Call Center Supervisor is required.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Advanced knowledge of compliance and regulations.
