Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Development:
- Architect end-to-end SAP ABAP solutions across modules such as SD, MM, FI/CO, HCM, PP, and PM.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical designs.
- Lead the development of RICEF objects, enhancements, and custom applications.
- Integrate SAP with external systems using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and OData services.
- Drive performance tuning, code optimization, and adherence to SAP best practices.
- Support SAP S/4HANA migration and modernization initiatives.

Team Management & Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and career development support.
- Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure documentation compliance.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, QA, and project managers.
- Identify skill gaps and organize training or upskilling initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 14+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development and architecture.
- Strong command of classical and object-oriented ABAP, ALV, BADI, BAPI, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and Web Dynpro.
- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5, CDS Views, and OData services is highly desirable.
- Proven leadership experience managing SAP development teams.
- Deep understanding of SAP modules and cross-functional integration.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Agile/DevOps environments is a plus.
- SAP certifications in ABAP or Solution Architecture are an advantage.
