SAP Admin

About the Role

We are looking for an SAP Administrator to support daily SAP transactions, end-user training, process documentation, testing, and system stabilization during implementation, go-live, and hypercare phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end users with SAP transactions and daily operational activities.
• Assist with SAP testing, go-live, hypercare, and issue resolution.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job manuals, and process documentation.
• Document critical business processes and maintain the knowledge repository.
• Train users on SAP processes and help reduce recurring transaction errors.
• Maintain accurate master data and transactional records.
• Support data validation, operational reporting, and transaction backlog monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with approved SAP procedures and internal controls.
• Coordinate with business teams to resolve process gaps and manual workarounds.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and process stabilization before the assignment ends.

Requirements

• Previous experience in SAP administration, transaction support, or SAP operations.
• Knowledge of SAP business processes and daily transaction handling.
• Experience in SOP preparation, process documentation, and user training.
• Exposure to SAP testing, implementation, go-live, or hypercare activities is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time in a temporary assignment.
