Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the end-to-end rollout of SAP Ariba Upstream modules, including Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management.
- Support the integration between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA using SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway.
- Configure and manage CIG integration scenarios including Master data replication and Transactional flows.
- Gather business and integration requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure sourcing events, contract workspaces, templates, and approval workflows.
- Conduct system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and support go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across Ariba, CIG, and S/4HANA landscapes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing, training, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to procurement and Ariba modules.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in procurement/ Ariba technical support and implementation.
- Experience with SAP Ariba upstream deployment projects and template rollout projects, including integration knowledge.
- Solid practical knowledge of S2P business processes such as procurement, contracts, and sourcing management.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in information science, engineering, or other technical/scientific disciplines.
Key Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in SAP Ariba implementations, with a focus on upstream modules.
- Strong hands-on experience in Ariba Sourcing and Ariba Contracts.
- Expertise in SAP Ariba CIG including error handling and monitoring.
- Understanding of S/4HANA data structures and procurement processes.
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract (S2C) and upstream procurement processes.
