Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end rollout of SAP Ariba Upstream modules, including Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management.
- Support the integration between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA using SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
- Configure and manage CIG integration scenarios, including master data and transactional data flows.
- Gather business and integration requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide go-live support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across SAP environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for testing, training, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain functional specifications and business process documentation.
- Identify recurring business issues and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation and technical support.
- Proven experience in SAP Ariba Upstream deployment projects.
