SAP Application Architect (SAP Fiori)

About the Job:
The company is a technology service provider and leading outsourced partner helping to deliver professional and managed solutions across EMEA. We are currently seeking a skilled SAP Application Architect to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Fiori apps.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Fiori apps, including standard and custom applications.
• Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct Fiori/UI5 development, including custom app creation, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Manage SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration, including catalogs, groups, tiles, and security roles.
• Integrate Fiori apps with backend SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, Gateway OData services).
• Optimize performance and ensure best practices in UI/UX design.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing support, and defect resolution.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on SAP modernization initiatives and mobility solutions.
• Prepare documentation, technical designs, and end-user training materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and related front-end technologies.
• Strong understanding of SAP Gateway and OData service development.
• Experience working with S/4HANA Fiori apps and role-based UX concepts.
• Familiarity with ABAP (debugging or development) is a plus.
• Ability to lead projects, facilitate workshops, and engage with business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments is an advantage.
