Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement SAP Ariba modules to meet organizational needs.
- Lead end-to-end deployment of SAP Ariba solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing ERP systems.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to optimize procurement workflows.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements for SAP Ariba modules.
- Conduct training for end-users to ensure effective adoption and utilization.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configuration, workflow processes, and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Stay updated with SAP Ariba innovations and industry best practices to recommend improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Proven experience (preferably 5+ years) working with SAP Ariba modules.
- Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, contract management, and supplier management processes.
- SAP Ariba certification is a plus.
- Experience with SAP Ariba cloud solutions and integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
