SAP Ariba Consultant

We are looking for a skilled SAP Ariba Consultant with a strong focus on Vendor Management to support our ongoing operations in the UAE. The role is ideal for a consultant experienced in Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP), Vendor Onboarding, and Supplier Risk, who can handle daily support tasks, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the vendor management process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional and technical support for Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP).
• Manage vendor registration, onboarding, qualification, and lifecycle processes.
• Resolve vendor-related issues and ensure smooth supplier interactions via Ariba.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and local UAE regulations.
• Maintain and update supplier data, approval workflows, and risk assessment criteria.
• Coordinate with internal procurement and compliance teams for audits and reporting.
• Conduct user training sessions on vendor-related Ariba processes.
• Generate regular reports and insights on supplier performance and activity.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of hands-on SAP Ariba experience, specifically in Supplier Management modules.
• Proven recent experience supporting Ariba projects in the UAE.
• In-depth understanding of vendor onboarding, supplier performance tracking, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a support environment.
• Familiarity with UAE procurement standards and vendor compliance practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
