SAP Ariba Consultant

As a SAP Ariba Consultant at Synechron, you will be responsible for the configuration and deployment of various SAP Ariba modules, including Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance. Your role will involve translating business requirements into Ariba solutions and leading full-cycle implementations. You will also be tasked with integrating Ariba with SAP ERP systems, providing post-implementation support, user training, and optimizing processes. Additionally, you will advise clients on procurement automation and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and deploy SAP Ariba modules.
• Translate business requirements into Ariba solutions and lead full-cycle implementations.
• Integrate Ariba with SAP ERP systems.
• Provide post-implementation support, user training, and process optimization.
• Advise on procurement automation and best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

• 8+ years of SAP Ariba experience, including configuration and integration.
• Functional knowledge of the Source-to-Pay lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with at least 3-4 full-cycle Ariba implementations.
• Strong understanding of Ariba infrastructure and integration layers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have Skills:

• SAP Ariba certification.
• Experience with SAP SRM and S/4HANA Procurement.
• Team leadership and consulting experience.
• Exposure to procurement in various industries.
• Experience with automation and optimization of procurement processes.
