We are seeking an accomplished SAP Ariba & S/4HANA MM expert to join our Business & Technology Integration team to contribute to a high-impact ERP Roadmap Implementation program. This role focuses on optimizing and transforming purchasing and procurement processes through SAP Ariba and S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) modules.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of procurement and purchasing processes aligned with business objectives.
- Design, configure, and deploy SAP Ariba solutions integrated with S/4HANA MM/Purchasing modules.
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout all project phases, focusing on the design and architecture of the SAP solution landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, and IT, to gather requirements and deliver robust SAP solutions.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, resource coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive seamless integration between SAP Ariba and other SAP modules for data consistency and process alignment.
- Conduct system analysis, solution configuration, functional testing, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles.
- Facilitate training programs and produce comprehensive user documentation to support adoption and ongoing operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP consulting with strong expertise in SAP Ariba and S/4HANA MM.
- Experience with multiple full-cycle SAP implementations, especially in design and solution architecture.
- Deep understanding of procurement and supply chain management practices.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules such as Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, and Contract Management.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale SAP deployments in complex environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with business and technical stakeholders.
- SAP certifications in Ariba and/or S/4HANA MM are highly desirable.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience with Middle East/GCC projects is a plus.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary.
