SAP Associate Consultant

The SAP Associate Consultant role is part of the SAP Young Professionals Program, a free initiative that aims to equip recent graduates with the certifications and soft skills required to start a career as an SAP Consultant. The role is divided into two key functions: Functional and Technical. SAP Consultants contribute to blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrade phases of S/4 HANA projects, providing business process and functional expertise, along with project guidance to clients. Additionally, the Consultant is responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction and developing referenceable customers through investigation, analysis, consulting, coaching, knowledge transfer, and relationship-building efforts.

Requirements

• Candidates must have the legal right to work in UAE.
• Candidates must be currently unemployed or in a part-time/non-permanent role not related to career aspirations.
• Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, IT, Computer or Data Science, or AI.
• Preferably, candidates should have graduated within the last 3 years with a GPA in the top quartile.
• Candidates must have a keen interest in starting an SAP-related career involving travel.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Full-time availability from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, throughout the training period, is essential.

Work Conditions
The training program will begin at the start of May 2026 and will be conducted online in a virtual and onsite live classroom format.
