Job Description:

• Manage daily SAP BASIS operations, including system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Handle system upgrades, support packages, kernel updates, and migrations.
• Work with SAP Solution Manager / SAP Cloud ALM for change, incident, and lifecycle management.
• Plan and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies and perform regular DR drills.
• Ensure high availability, security, and compliance across SAP systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects and critical business processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven SAP BASIS administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA, ECC, BW, CPI, and Solution Manager/ALM.
• Hands-on expertise with HANA/Oracle/MS SQL databases.
• Experience in DR/HA setup and execution.
• Good understanding of SAP security, audit, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• SAP BASIS or HANA certification.
• Knowledge of SAP on Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP).
