SAP Basis Lead

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the SAP HANA infrastructure and SAP BASIS components, ensuring a high-performance, scalable, secure, and resilient SAP landscape. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade SAP solutions aligned with business requirements and architectural standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and govern the end-to-end SAP HANA and SAP BASIS architecture across landscapes.
• Ensure optimal configuration of SAP HANA, S/4HANA, ECC, BW, SCM, CRM, SRM, and HCM systems.
• Lead cloud migration strategies (ECC → S/4HANA, on-prem → cloud, RISE-aligned models).
• Accountable for system performance, uptime, and scalability across all SAP environments.
• Ensure SAP platforms are designed and operated with security-by-design principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Deep expertise in SAP HANA, SAP BASIS, and S/4HANA.
• Strong experience with ECC, BW, SCM, CRM, SRM, HCM.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or hyperscalers).
• Proven ability to work across cross-functional technical and business teams.
