SAP BASIS Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Lead to support SAP S/4HANA implementation and upgrade projects based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP system architecture, installation, upgrades, and infrastructure management across both HANA and non-HANA environments. The role requires hands-on experience in leading technical SAP BASIS activities, project planning, and ensuring system stability and performance across enterprise SAP landscapes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.
• 10 years of experience in SAP BASIS, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield and Brownfield implementations.
• Proven expertise in installation, upgrade, and administration of SAP systems, including SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, HCM, SAP BO/BODS, SRM, PO, BTP, Fiori, and Solution Manager.
• Strong experience in SAP system architecture, hardware sizing, and infrastructure planning.
• Solid understanding of operating systems, databases, networking, and IT infrastructure in SAP environments.
• Experience in system copy, database refresh, backup/restore, HA/DR setup, and performance monitoring.
• Exposure to SAP integrations with SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and hybrid landscapes.

• The ideal candidate must currently reside in Saudi Arabia, preferably in Riyadh, with a valid transferable Iqama.
