Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery, support, and optimization of SAP integrations across cloud and on-premises platforms using the SAP BTP Integration Suite, SAP CPI, API Management, SAP PO, and Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
- Design and maintain scalable and secure integration architectures aligned with enterprise strategy, ensuring seamless data flow between SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams by setting integration standards, reviewing solution designs, and mentoring team members on SAP integration best practices.
- Translate business and functional requirements into robust integration designs, ensuring compliance with SAP and enterprise-level architectural principles.
- Oversee the implementation of integration pipelines using modern DevOps and CI/CD practices tailored for SAP landscapes.
- Conduct detailed performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of SAP interfaces to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, solution owners, and product teams to influence integration roadmaps and modernize legacy integration points.
- Champion the adoption of reusable integration components, APIs, and frameworks to accelerate project delivery and reduce technical debt.
- Drive community-of-practice (CoP) initiatives focused on knowledge sharing, innovation in SAP integrations, and continuous capability uplift across the engineering team.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, decomposition of integration epics into actionable development stories, and ensure timely delivery aligned with sprint goals.
Education & Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP integration experience, especially with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Preferred certifications: SAP S/4HANA, BTP Integration Suite, and CPI.
- Strong expertise in SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), API Management, SAP PO, and CIG.
- Proficient in REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, OAuth, and SAML.
- Experience in performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting SAP integrations.
- Familiarity with other platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) is a plus.
