SAP Business Analyst

Join a forward-thinking transformation programme integrating SAP systems across finance, HR, and operations. As an SAP Business Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring SAP solutions meet operational and strategic goals.

You’ll work with stakeholders, consultants, and developers to gather requirements, design process improvements, and support SAP S/4HANA implementation across multiple domains.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Gather and document business requirements through workshops and interviews.
• Map current and future processes aligned with SAP best practices.
• Collaborate with teams to design solutions across SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HR).
• Support SAP BTP extensions such as Fiori/UI5 and Analytics Cloud.
• Develop BRDs, FSDs, and UAT scenarios.
• Ensure solutions meet governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and change adoption.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 3–7 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HR).
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, and integration methods (APIs, IDocs, RFCs).
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting SAP implementation or migration programmes.
• SAP certification is an advantage.
