The role ensures consistent alignment of sales programs with regional priorities and market dynamics to drive adoption across all geographies. You will create and continuously refine sales motion playbooks, guidelines, and best practices to standardize execution and maximize impact. Collaborating closely with Marketing and Product & Engineering, you will sharpen messaging, positioning, and value articulation for the company Business Transformation Management.

Additionally, you will establish and operationalize KPIs to measure program effectiveness, track and report performance globally, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that optimize sales strategies and enhance program ROI. The role also includes proactively identifying gaps, driving continuous improvements, and implementing scalable enhancements to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
  • Experience in sales strategy or business development, preferably in the enterprise software ecosystem
  • Background in B2B sales and go-to-market strategies
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently and have a positive self-motivated can-do attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment
  • High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills
