SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Consultant

The company is a global IT services and consulting company specializing in enterprise digital transformation, with a focus on enhancing ERP and data platforms through comprehensive consulting, delivery, integration, migration, and support services. We collaborate with major technology providers like Microsoft and SAP to deliver innovative solutions across various enterprise environments.

We are seeking an SAP C4C Consultant to integrate strong SDK (Cloud Applications Studio/PDI) development skills with solid functional expertise in Sales and Service processes. The consultant will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting C4C solutions from requirement gathering to post-go-live support, within an environment integrated with SAP S/4HANA and other frontend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and formulate C4C functional designs and technical specifications.
• Configure C4C functional areas, including business roles, workflow processes, and reporting.
• Develop custom solutions using SAP Cloud Applications Studio (SDK/PDI).
• Enhance validations and business logic through ABSL scripting and events.
• Design and support integrations between C4C and SAP S/4HANA via SAP Integration Suite.
• Troubleshoot data synchronization issues and support data migration activities.
• Conduct testing and support post-go-live activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP C4C experience, including SDK development and functional configuration.
• Proficiency in SAP Cloud Applications Studio (PDI), ABSL, BODL, and creating OData services.
• Solid understanding of C4C Sales and/or Service processes.
• Experience with integration using SAP CPI and resolving replication defects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP Sales/Service Cloud V2 or migration from C4C to V2.
• SAP certification in C4C/Sales Cloud or SAP Cloud Applications Studio.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
