SAP Customer Experience (CX) Solution Sales Executive

The company Customer Experience (CX) Solution Sales Executive is responsible for selling a defined portfolio of the company CX products solutions across a targeted line of business or buying center such as Marketing, Sales, Service, Commerce, and Customer Data. This role focuses on helping customers modernize customer engagement, unify experiences, and drive revenue growth through the company’s CX suite.

• Supports efforts to ensure solutions are adopted and value is realized.
• Responsible for the continuity and expansion of the customer's ongoing business with the company.
• Maintains customer relationship and influences customers' requirements' specification.

Typically carries a quota and is accountable for the delivery of outcomes of assigned projects or areas of responsibility. Works independently on topics while setting priorities and has sole responsibility for providing regular project status updates.
