Position

The company Customer Experience (CX) Solution Sales Executive is responsible for selling a defined portfolio of the company CX product solutions across targeted lines of business or buying centers such as Marketing, Sales, Service, Commerce, and Customer Data. This role focuses on helping customers modernize customer engagement, unify experiences, and drive revenue growth through the company’s CX suite. It also supports efforts to ensure solutions are adopted and value is realized.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the continuity and expansion of the customer's ongoing business with the company.
  • Focused on named existing and/or prospective accounts.
  • Maintains customer relationships and influences customers' requirements specifications.
  • Typically carries a quota and is accountable for delivery of outcomes of assigned projects or areas of responsibility.
  • Works independently on complex technical and business matters, using demonstrated creativity and expertise to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

  • Advanced technical or business skills and special knowledge in one or several areas.
  • Several years’ experience with increasing responsibility and a focus on customer relations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external customers and partners.
  • Capable of cultivating lasting customer relationships and actively building common ground for cooperation.
