SAP Customer Experience (CX) Solution Sales Executive

The company Customer Experience (CX) Solution Sales Executive is responsible for selling a defined portfolio of the company CX product solutions across targeted lines of business or buying centers such as Marketing, Sales, Service, Commerce, and Customer Data. This role focuses on helping customers modernize customer engagement, unify experiences, and drive revenue growth through the company’s CX suite.

• Supports efforts to ensure solutions are adopted and value is realized.
• Responsible for the continuity and expansion of the customer's ongoing business with the company.
• Focused on named existing and/or prospective accounts, maintaining customer relationships and influencing customer requirements' specifications.

Responsibilities

• Typically carries a quota and is accountable for the delivery of outcomes of assigned projects or areas of responsibility.
• Works independently on complex activities, using creativity and expertise to deliver high-quality results and technical solutions.
• Contributes to resolving complex issues in own specialist area and collaborates in devising long-term concepts.

Requirements

• Several years of experience with increasing amounts of responsibility.
• Advanced technical or business skills, with special knowledge in one or more areas.
• Strong communication skills to build and maintain partnerships with internal and external customers and partners.
