Responsibilities:
- Lead and support business development activities, including pre-sales tasks such as proposals.
- Lead project delivery teams throughout the client's transformation journey.
- Oversee SAP Reporting & Analytics engagements across the entire project lifecycle from discovery and design to build, test, deployment, and adoption.
- Architect and implement modern, scalable Data & Analytics solutions utilizing SAP best practices across BW/4HANA, Datasphere, SAP Business Data Cloud, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Integrate the company's leading market tools and methodologies into engagements.

Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Proficiency in SAP Reporting tools: SAP Analytics Cloud, Embedded Analytics, SAP Analytics for Office.
- Experience with Data Warehousing solutions: BW/4HANA, SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), Datasphere, and Native HANA.
- A minimum of 10 to 15 years delivering end-to-end SAP Reporting and Analytics solutions, with at least 6 full life-cycle implementations.
- Strong functional knowledge in core process areas including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales & Distribution, and Human Resources.
- Demonstrated client-facing skills, stakeholder management, and coordination across technical teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- Programming skills in SAP CDS and SQL Development.
- Data modeling and SAP BW/4HANA back-end design experience.
- Configuration of the SAP BW/4HANA application, including data models, ETL, and reporting tools such as SAP Query, Analytics Office, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Familiarity with cloud Data Warehouse solutions such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Hyperscalers.
- Experience with non-SAP Reporting and Analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Exposure to Generative AI/Machine Learning use cases is a plus.
- Relevant SAP certifications, including current SAP HANA certification, SAC certification, and BDC certification. Certification in Datasphere is also favored.
