Your Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and support business development activities, including pre-sales activities (i.e. proposals).
- Lead project delivery teams throughout the client's transformation journey. It includes:
- Lead SAP Reporting & Analytics engagements across the full project lifecycle from discovery and design to build, test, deployment, and adoption.
- Architect and implement modern, scalable Data & Analytics solutions leveraging SAP best practices across BW/4HANA, Datasphere, SAP Business Data Cloud, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Adopt and incorporate the company's leading market tools and methodologies in the engagements.
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- SAP Reporting tools: SAP Analytics Cloud, Embedded Analytics, SAP Analytics for Office.
- Data Warehousing solutions: BW/4HANA, SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), Datasphere and Native HANA.
- Candidate must have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of delivering end-to-end SAP Reporting and Analytics solutions.
- A minimum of 6 full life-cycle implementations is sought covering requirements analysis and definition, solution and technical design, build, test and deployment using either BW/4HANA or SAP Analytics Cloud in combination with Datasphere.
- The candidate must demonstrate a sound functional knowledge in core process areas, including but not limited to Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales & Distribution, and Human Resources.
- The candidate must demonstrate solid client-facing skills, including managing stakeholders and technical teams and coordination across engagement streams.
- The candidate must demonstrate solid written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- The candidate must demonstrate solid client-facing skills, including managing stakeholders and technical teams and coordination across engagement streams.
- Programming skills: SAP CDS and SQL Development.
- Strong data modeling and SAP BW/4HANA back-end technical design, build and test experience.
- Configuration of the SAP BW/4HANA application including data models, ETL and reporting tools.
- Understanding of other cloud Datawarehouse solutions: Snowflake, Databricks, Data Fabric, Hyperscalers.
- Non-SAP Reporting and Analytics tools: Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Experience or exposure to Generative AI/Machine Learning use cases.
- Certifications in this space – must have current SAP HANA certification, SAC certification, BDC certification, certification in Datasphere is viewed favorably.
