As an SAP EAM Consultant at the company, you will play a critical role in configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP EAM / PM (Plant Maintenance) modules. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, implement, and support SAP EAM / PM modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
- Support the end-to-end asset lifecycle, including equipment management, maintenance planning, work orders, notifications, and breakdown analysis.
- Integrate EAM processes with related SAP modules such as MM, PP, and FI/CO.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams for solution design and issue resolution.
- Provide working knowledge and support SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) for mobile asset management use cases.
- Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide post-go-live support.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to maintenance best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum hands-on experience in SAP EAM / PM module configuration and support.
- Strong understanding of maintenance planning, work management, and asset lifecycle processes.
- Experience with SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) implementation or support.
- Knowledge of integration with MM, PP, and FI/CO modules.
- Experience in business process mapping and solution design.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP certification in EAM/PM or a related area is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA EAM.
- Experience with Fiori Apps and mobile asset management solutions.
- Knowledge of IoT integration and predictive maintenance concepts.
- Familiarity with ABAP debugging for issue resolution.
