The SAP Expert will play a key role in the design, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP solutions. The role requires strong functional and technical expertise in SAP environments, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver efficient system solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end SAP system support, configuration, and enhancement activities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Configure and customize SAP modules based on operational needs
- Troubleshoot SAP issues and provide timely resolution to users
- Support SAP integration with third-party applications and internal systems
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and post-implementation validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT
- Ensure SAP data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies
- Prepare technical and functional documentation for system processes
- Support SAP upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide user training and knowledge transfer sessions
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of SAP experience in implementation and support
- Strong knowledge in one or more SAP modules such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, HCM, BASIS, or ABAP
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and workflow optimization
- Experience in SAP integration and data migration projects
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field
- SAP Certification is highly preferred
- Experience working in enterprise or government/semi-government environments is an advantage
