Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- SAP Enterprise Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP Enterprise within the Contracts and Procurement functions, providing guidance and support to users.
- System Operation: Operate and optimize SAP Enterprise for all contract and procurement-related activities, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Contracts Lifecycle Management: Demonstrate a strong understanding of all stages of contracts, leveraging SAP to manage these processes effectively.
- Cross-Functional Liaising: Facilitate clear communication between the Contracts and Procurement teams and other stakeholders across various NEOM regions.
- Commercial Acumen: Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within contracts and procurement.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze reports from SAP to provide insights into contract performance, spend analysis, and supplier management.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to existing SAP-related processes within the commercial department.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all SAP activities adhere to NEOM's policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- User Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to SAP users within the Contracts and Procurement teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial department within a construction or engineering environment.
- Expert knowledge and extensive hands-on work experience as a user of SAP Enterprise.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across different regions.
- Excellent understanding of different stages of contracts and their commercial implications.
- Proficiency in operating Oracle systems is also required.
- Commercially astute with a proven track record of successful commercial outcomes.
- Middle East experience is essential, with Saudi Arabia experience strongly preferred.
