Key Responsibilities

Financial Transformation & Implementation:
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation and transformation projects.
- Drive financial process redesign and standardisation during SAP S/4HANA migration.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, blueprint workshops, and solution design sessions.
- Configure and implement core FICO modules.
- Support Universal Journal adoption and simplification of financial close processes in S/4HANA.

B2B & B2C Specific Finance Processes:
- Design and implement order-to-cash (O2C) processes for B2C.
- Configure procure-to-pay (P2P) and intercompany accounting processes for B2B.
- Implement SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting for complex models.
- Support integration of SAP S/4HANA with e-commerce, CRM, and digital payment platforms.

Controlling & Management Accounting:
- Configure product costing and profitability analysis.
- Support management reporting and financial consolidation requirements.

Integration & Technical Collaboration:
- Collaborate with module teams to ensure seamless FI-CO integration.
- Partner with technical teams on RICEFW development and custom reports.
Mandatory Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of SAP FICO experience with a minimum of 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
- Proven experience in financial transformation projects.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance modules.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Preferred / Good To Have:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or RISE with SAP engagements.
- Familiarity with Agile/hybrid delivery methodologies.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field.
- MBA in Finance or CA / CPA / ACCA qualification is an added advantage.
