As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the configuration, implementation, and support of SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with business teams to gather requirements and deliver SAP FICO solutions.
- Ensuring integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, HR, and FSCM.
- Preparing and executing test scenarios, providing user training, and developing technical documentation.
- Providing production support and troubleshooting FICO-related issues.

Mandatory Skills:
- 8+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience with multiple end-to-end implementations.
- Deep knowledge of FI and CO configuration and integration.
- Strong finance/accounting background.
- Experience with S/4HANA or Central Finance preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Good to Have Skills:
- SAP FICO certification.
- Exposure to ABAP (for reporting and query maintenance).
- Experience with tax configuration, group reporting, and bank accounting.
- Knowledge of interface architecture and middleware systems.
- Project management and leadership experience.
