SAP FICO Functional Consultant

The SAP FICO Functional Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP FICO solutions. The ideal candidate will have a progressive background in this area and will excel in writing functional specifications for application development, enhancements, and testing. The role requires a full understanding of business process requirements and the ability to identify process or system gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write functional specifications and perform hands-on complex configuration within the SAP FICO module.
• Provide functional advice and assistance to programmers, ensuring successful implementation and support.
• Lead and participate in business discussions, providing recommendations and solutions.
• Conduct workshops, freeze requirements, and prepare business process documents.
• Design month-end closing activities and work on distributions and cost center accounting.
• Conduct training for super and end users.

Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum of 3-4 full SAP E2E implementation experiences, with at least 2 in SAP FICO.
• Strong experience in sub-modules of FICO such as AP, AR, GL, and more.
• Expertise in SAP FICO solution capabilities and business process configurations.
• Knowledge in integration with various SAP modules like SD, MM, and HR.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
