The SAP Finance (FICO) Expert is responsible for leading the delivery of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling solutions across large-scale projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading FICO solution design and implementation across project lifecycles
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements for finance and controlling processes
- Configuring SAP FICO modules, including FI-GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, and CO-PA
- Supporting integration with SD, MM, PS, and Treasury modules
- Managing data migration, reconciliation, and cutover for financial objects
- Coordinating testing, validation, and user training activities
- Providing expert advice on local statutory and tax compliance (e.g., VAT, WHT)
- Ensuring delivery of high-quality documentation and process mapping
- Collaborating with technical teams for custom developments and enhancements
- Monitoring SAP updates and managing the impact of release changes
- Driving post-go-live support and system stabilization

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems
- SAP certification in Financial Accounting and/or Management Accounting
- Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred

Experience:
- 8–12 years of SAP FICO experience, focusing on solution delivery
- At least 2 years in a managerial or lead consultant role
- Experience in full-cycle SAP FICO implementations in complex environments
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, etc.)
- Familiarity with local compliance and statutory reporting requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the banking sector

- Strong configuration skills across all FICO sub-modules
- Understanding of end-to-end financial business processes
- Integration knowledge with SD, MM, and Treasury modules
- Experience with FIORI apps and S/4HANA-specific functionalities
