Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current business processes and design SAP-based solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Lead the definition and documentation of future-state business processes related to procurement, contract management, and inventory optimization.
- Provide guidance and innovative solutions to complex business challenges as a subject matter expert.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with technical teams for successful design, configuration, and testing of SAP solutions.
- Create comprehensive documentation for process design, system integration, and user training.
- Utilize analytical tools to assess data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Lead testing efforts (UAT and regression testing) to ensure quality and system readiness.
- Offer post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency enhancements in procurement workflows.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA FI General Ledger and integration with modules like MM, IM, PM, EAM.
- Proven track record in end-to-end SAP implementations, especially in the oil & gas sector.
- Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes (P2P, O2C, invoice processing).
- Experience in business process mapping, master data management, and workflow automation.
- Ability to lead stakeholder workshops and gather business requirements effectively.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: SAP certification(s) in S/4HANA Finance or related areas.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is essential.
