Your Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Group Reporting Techno-Functional Lead with expertise in SAP BPC and SAP Group Reporting, focused on financial consolidation and reporting. This individual will design, architect, and deliver finance transformation solutions aligned with IFRS standards and integrated with S/4HANA Finance data models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and facilitate workshops with both IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and shape solution architectures.
- Create and maintain functional design documents, blueprints, and integration specifications.
- Ensure alignment with IFRS accounting principles and regulatory requirements throughout the design and implementation process.
- Collaborate with finance and data teams to define master data models, hierarchies, and consolidation logic.
- Support GTM activities, proposals, and roadmap planning for clients undergoing finance transformation.
- Liaise with cross-functional global teams to ensure consistent, scalable, and high-quality solution delivery.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Deep experience in SAP BPC and SAP Group Reporting for Group Financial Consolidation is essential.
- Years of experience in SAP Data & Analytics with a strong focus on Finance and Consolidation.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance data models and master data structures.
- Proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade SAP finance transformation programs, with integration with SAC as a plus.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS accounting principles related to SAP consolidation design.
- Experience leading business workshops and applying design thinking methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, engaging both senior IT and finance stakeholders.
- Prior experience with Global System Integrators or Big 4 firms is mandatory.
- Sector experience in Retail or Automotive industries is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus based on location.
Preferred Attributes:
- Strong documentation and solution presentation skills.
- Experience with SAC Planning or Reporting is a bonus.
- Ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and manage ambiguity effectively.
- Passion for driving finance transformation through technology.
